1. Promoter Details

The promoter is Sugared Almond Boutique (ABN 54 159 481 740), operating as Sugared Almond Boutique, Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  
• One entry per person.
  
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period 

The giveaway starts at 12:00am AEST on 15 September 2025 and will run until 11.59pm AEST on 31st March 2026. We may decide when the promotional period will end, and we’ll update these Terms and Conditions with the new end date at least one month in advance.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form during the promotional period.

• No purchase necessary.
  
• Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

6 x Sugared Almond Boutique Sample Box valued at $33.00 AUD. Total prize pool valued at $198.

• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• This is a game of chance.
  
• The winner will be drawn at random, via electronic draw conducted by the Promoter on the 1st day of each month, from all eligible entries received during the previous month.
  
• The winner will be notified by the 5th day of each month via a call to the phone number provided at the time of entry, and a SMS and email will also be sent to the email address supplied. The winner must provide their postal address to dispatch the prize, and if they cannot be reached by phone, they have until the 15th day of that month to return the call or email to claim their prize.
• An email will be sent by the 5th day of each month to everyone who entered the previous month announcing the winner’s name.

7. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address after they have been successfully contacted.

8.Unclaimed Prize

If the prize has not been claimed after the 15th day of that month, it will be forfeited, no redraw will take place and the prize will be void.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for marketing purposes.

Entrants agree to receive marketing communications via email (and SMS if applicable) from Sugared Almond Boutique.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
