These products are mainly used as bomboniere to thanks guests for any kind of special occasion, such as weddings, christenings, communions, birthdays, baby showers, birth of a child, anniversaries, name days, or any party or event. Our sugared almonds are not limited just to bomboniere, you can also use these as decorations on your table settings, on your dessert table, or simply as a chocolate treat to have in your cupboard!
Yes, the product will melt and the thin sugar covering will crack if left in the direct sunlight. To avoid this, they should be kept in a cool dry place, stored below 20°.
Firstly check your products as soon as they arrive to make sure you have received what you ordered. Keep the products unopened. We highly suggest keeping your goods in the original Chilltainer box your order was delivered to you in, as it has been especially designed to keep your products cool

Sugared Almond Boutique strives to maintain stock levels to meet your requirements; however, like with all retail businesses, some items may run low from time to time, or may be unavailable. Products listed on our website are currently in stock to the best of our knowledge. However, if a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to let you know. We will provide you with the option to replace or refund your order.
Yes, however we do encourage online ordering as the process is much quicker.
We accept changes to orders on the basis that your order has not yet been processed for shipping. If your order has been processed i.e. packed and shipped, Sugared Almond Boutique is unable to change your order. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Yes, we use a platform called Stripe and it’s a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. We do not store any credit card information; therefore, you can rest assure your information is safe and secure.
Answer: Shipping is charged at a flat rate per state, see below. If your order is more than 8kg, delivered using an oversized box (our large Chilltainer box is considered oversized 54x29x18) or you live in a regional area or outside your cities Metro area we may contact you to advise a different delivery fee. If you need your order delivered urgently, please contact us or leave the details in the “order notes” section when placing your order.

All orders are packed and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse within 2-3 business days from when the order is received. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, these will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days from the following Monday. During public holidays or sale periods there may be some minor delays with dispatch.

All orders are placed in a high quality eco-friendly Chilltainer box that also allows our products to stay at the correct temperature whilst in transit. Your products are delivered via courier to ensure your order is received in a timely manner, and handled with sweet love and care by the time it reaches your doorstep!

We can ship internationally, but shipping costs become extremely expensive… however our products are worth it! 🙂
It depends on the courier service selected at the time of processing your order. We use a few preferred couriers, therefore depending on which service we choose determines whether or not a signature is required.
We recommend you choose your flavour/s carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or do not like the flavour/s you have chosen.
All claims for damaged product/s must be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If your order does not arrive within the timeframe specified for your state, use the tracking details we sent to your nominated email address for an ETA. If you have any concerns or further questions please contact us.

No, we are an online store only so all products and samples can be viewed and purchased online under the Shop tab on our website. We endeavour to supply the most accurate product images and information, however if you would like more details or would like to discuss our products further, please contact us.
