RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope & Final Sale
  • Due to hygiene and food-safety requirements, all orders are final sale, except in exceptional cases detailed below.

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including products not liked or opened after delivery.

2. Damaged or Uneatable Products
  • Damaged or uneatable items (e.g. crushed almonds, signs of melting or spoilage) may be eligible for return or replacement, at our sole discretion.

  • All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number, to be considered eligible for assessment.

3. Order Cancellations & Credit Notes
  • Once your order has been processed (i.e. packed or shipped), we cannot accept cancellations nor issue refunds for change of mind.

  • In some cases, instead of a refund, we may issue a credit note redeemable on a future purchase, subject to approval.

4. Process for Returns or Refunds
  1. Email hello@sugaredalmondboutique.com.au (or use the Contact form) within 24 hours, including:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Brief description of the fault or spoilage

  2. We will review your claim on an individual basis and advise next steps.

  3. If approved, you may receive a replacement, refund or credit note—decision made case-by-case.

5. Shipping-Related Issues
  • For missing or delayed deliveries, please refer to the tracking details we’ve provided. If you believe your order has gone astray, contact us so we can investigate.

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and agreed resolution.

6. Storage & Care Instructions
  • Always check your order immediately upon arrival. Sugared almonds may become damaged or melt if exposed to heat.

  • Don’t refrigerate—you risk moisture damage. Instead, store unopened products in the original Chilltainer box, in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, out of direct sunlight.
